This large Bach has Lake views from the front Balcony, polished Floor boards and very comfortable new innerspring matttresses. A Fridge, new Gas oven / cooker and large lounge room offer plenty of space for a family or bunch of friends. There is two bedrooms, Main with a Queen Bed and 3 singles and the second bedroom with 8 singles in a double bunk and two * triple Bunks (real kiwi stuff here!). The main bedroom has new carpet, the 2nd bedroom and the living areas has polished floorboards. A large Range Slider leads to the Deck area in front of the Bach. A lazy bench on the deck area provides hours of relaxing....
The Hot water Shower is heated via a two ring burner from the kitchen and flows direct to the bathroom providing lovely hot water showers. The toilet is outside but close.
All crokery and cooking facilities are provided, plates, knives etc etc. Saucepans, pots etc are al provided.
You will need to bring your own standard BBQue Gas bottle to connect to the Fridge and Stove connection, safely conecting outside the Bach at the Gas stand and regulator. You wll also need your own linen, however there are blankets & Pillows etc there.
It's cosy for a weekend away or a two week break. The nearest civilisation is Mt Summers where there is a general store and gas station etc. Ashburton is a great 40min drive and a nice break to grab a coffee, etc...
There is a local phone box there but no mobile reception (hooray)!
